On January 17, 2025 — our beloved matriarch Mummy Gregula passed on.

Mom endured through some intense hardships in her lifetime from escaping bombs in Italy during World War II to surviving COVID-19 back in 2020. She made it to age 93, but her last few months alive took her from hospital to rehab after falling and breaking her hip. She had an amazing fighting spirit to keep going. Unfortunately, she did not recover this time.

Mom has now joined my Dad (1928-2004), in Their Journey Home. I hope to be reunited someday vith them in another place.
